To view a file off-line
1) Align the mouse pointer over the PDF file
2) Running Windows: Right click your mouse.
Using a Macintosh: Hold down your mouse button.
3) On the menu which appears, select ‘Save Target As’ to download the file to your computer
4) Open the downloaded file to view its contents
